this feels like I wrote it myself! I am the EXACT same! sometimes I feel like he is staring at me all day but other times I barely see him and when I do, he does his best to not even speak to me...it is so confusing but I could never get up the courage to say anything...damn I wish I was braver!

I recently asked someone out, and though it took a lot of effort and courage, it felt amazing afterwards. I think you should say something to them. Even if they say no, you'll feel awesome because you asked at all. It may take a while if you're down about it, but your mindset will change.
