she speaks in broken sentences, adds wrong info to the calls, makes things overly complex, asks questions she should know the answer to, answers questions with incorrect answers, and then bitches about the reps or coe's or whoever else after she's off the phone. on top of it, she jumps to get every single incoming call, and then complains about it.
